Lionel Lebrun exercises his talents as a culinary alchemist in the kitchens of the A Cheda hotel. In an enchanting setting, he concocts refined and colourful dishes, drawing his inspiration from Corsican produce using his own special touch. True gourmets can opt for the prestige menu, comprising nine courses. It includes lobster from the Strait of Bonifacio, Aquitaine caviar, and wagyu beef, among other dishes enhanced by the chef’s creative flair. Younger members of the family have not been forgotten, as there is even a gourmet children’s menu.
And the experience doesn’t stop there: on certain dates, you can visit the large vegetable garden with your family and pick your own permaculture-grown vegetables, herbs and flowers to add a personal touch to the contents of your plate! There are plenty of events in store at the hotel to keep you entertained during the summer months, including the “Jazzy Brunch”, musical aperitifs and tapas, and poolside lunches.
