Lionel Lebrun exercises his talents as a culinary alchemist in the kitchens of the A Cheda hotel. In an enchanting setting, he concocts refined and colourful dishes, drawing his inspiration from Corsican produce using his own special touch. It includes lobster from the Strait of Bonifacio, Aquitaine caviar, and wagyu beef, among other dishes enhanced by the chef’s creative flair. Younger members of the family have not been forgotten, as there is even a gourmet children’s menu.
